My grandpa he's 95, he keeps on dancing he's still alive. My grandma she's 92, she loves to sing and dance some too. Come on darlin' put your pretty dress on, we're gonna go out tonight!" That's right, it's Friday night and time to dance in the weekly guitar thread!
TheRealBuddha Hello and welcome to another FNGT! Like normal, we'll go ahead and get you started. This is one from the archives - including most of the text that went with the original posting of this piece. (I have copies of all that stuff in a giant text file.) We hope you'll enjoy it just as much a second time around! This one is called Elegant Symphony, because of the complex tones that disguise their simplicity and elementary music theory. The 'magic' is in the making, in the flourishes and syncopation that compose the melody. If you listen carefully, you'll hear diatonic scales taking the lead with an underlying rhythm that intertwines with the bass to showcase the ensemble. Without further ado: Elegant Symphony (EH #2 & 3; J B; B; TB #1 & P) If that doesn't work, try this link where it's hosted on my own server. As you can hear, I had some help from two lovely ladies and a special thanks goes to Biff for having managed to mash it all together into the music you get to hear. And this pleases me. Yes, yes it does. Rock on, Goats! Rock on!
Sleazy My buddy Vverle us still in the hospital. Here he is singing to music he does not know.
