Today I broke a string and it didn't kill me. Today was a good day.

This site has been around for more than 2 years. We've linked to it in nearly every guitar thread since, though few people joined. That's fine. It's still here.

As you can see, it's set up to handle pretty much anything you'd have to talk about with regards to musicianship. The site is here for you. Use it accordingly.

Once you've made a few posts, you'll have 'invites' you can give away. If you need any invitations before that, just ask myself or @COF. We'll get you squared away. Just remember that the main subject here is music and musicianship. This is *not* a free-speech zone and we have a parent hosting company that we're beholden to. That means we've got to have rules.

Anyhow, make yourselves at home. We house the archives here, so you can re-listen to anything that was previously shared in the FNGT. We also have infrastructure for everything else music-related, including a marketplace and I can do appraisals rather well - though those sections of the site are pretty much ghost towns. They still exist and will likely continue to exist.

At some point, depending on how things go, I may open up registrations to the general public - but that doesn't seem like a requirement at this time. The invite-only system has worked REALLY WELL at keeping the riffraff away.

As always, rock on.
